Gimme5games.com wants to sponsor quality Flash games by talented Flash game designers. The amount we can pay will depend on the overall quality of your game and level of sponsorship offered. We are very proud of the reputation we've earned for treating game developers fairly and paying them well.
We can offer sponsorship at a number of levels, a few options are:
Alpha Level (non-exclusive distribution deal)
We list your game on Gimme5games.com, the game remains largely unchanged from your original with just the addition of the Gimme5games splash logo and link in game. As your game will be available elsewhere and we're helping to promote your site it's unusual that we would part with hard cash but we might!;)
Beta Level (exclusive distribution deal)
The game is only available from Gimme5games.com. There will still be a credit in game and a link to your web site, but all versions of the game available in the marketplace carry our splash screen and feature Gimme5games.com heavily - we may also ask that you build your game to run under our template wrapper (for high scores and the like). You can still submit your game to Flashplayer, Newgrounds, and any other websites you want, as long as all copies of the game include the agreed upon Gimme5games.com links and logos.
Master Level (exclusive publishing deal)
In addition to the two options above, Gimme5games.com will also be commissioning games from developers. We will allocate an internal team to work with you on development tuning and testing your game to ensure it is delivered to the highest standard of both graphics and gameplay. Gimme5games is looking to build relationships with a number of developers that will be able to supply a steady stream of high quality games for publication via the Gimme5games site.
At all sponsorship levels we WILL allow you to leave your name and a link to your portfolio/website in the game as the author (the position and size of the link and logo will vary dependant on sponsorship level), so this is a great opportunity for you to make some money and also keep the recognition you deserve for the hard work you put into your games.
The games must be original and exclusive (i.e., not previously distributed on the Internet.) You must own full exclusive rights to the game. We will not sponsor any games without seeing the fully functional and complete game first.
